Debbie Sweeney is a Vice President at Hays Companies, the 16th largest risk management consulting and insurance brokerage firm in the country.  Hays has very defined expertise in working with a wide variety of industries including Hospitality, Waterparks and Entertainment venues.  Debbie has more than 26 years of industry experience and is the leader of this specialty practice group. Her experience includes working with the risk management programs for Kalahari Resorts and Great Wolf Resorts. Debbie sits on a National Broker Advisory Counsel as a hospitality/waterpark expert for a major insurer who is expanding their existing hospitality interest into the waterpark resort arena.  She has helped to create more comprehensive insurance policy forms for the hospitality industry.    She is also an Associate Member of the International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association (IALDA).  Hays Companies is a member of the following hospitality and amusement associations: –          World Waterpark Association (WWA) –          International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA)
