Joe Hassinger is a litigator who protects and defends the Louisiana amusement, recreation, entertainment and leisure industries. He has earned an “AV”® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which shows that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence, has practiced law for many years and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity. Mr. Hassinger has litigated cases in state and federal courts across Louisiana.

Mr. Hassinger actively participates as a member of the following industry organizations: International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA); Amusement Industry Manufacturers & Suppliers Association (AIMS); Roller Skating Association International (RSA) & Roller Skating Foundation; Outdoor Amusement Business Association (OABA); Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals (LAFF); Louisiana Recreation & Parks Association (LRPA) and National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). As a member of IALDA, Mr. Hassinger is a frequent speaker and instructor in seminars at safety conferences and conventions hosted by AIMS, IAAPA, BPAA and RSA.
